Care Connect
Crossroads staff and volunteers are available during office hours and at weekend services to listen, pray and give direction. Care Connect team members are familiar with Crossroads ministries as well as programs and resources in the area. Support Groups
We offer special groups for people experiencing divorce, grief, addictions, and other life challenges. Learn about support groups at Crossroads.
Stephen Ministers
Inspired by a story of the early church in Acts 6, Stephen Ministers are trained, compassionate listeners who walk alongside others. They provide skilled and Christ-centered care in times of need. A Stephen Minister can meet with you regularly for as long as you need. They won’t have all the answers, but they offer their focused support. Prayer
We have an online community of committed volunteers who provide consistent prayer for those who are hurting. If you need prayer for any situation, our team will pray NOW. We also have people available to pray for you in the auditorium or atrium after every service. All prayer requests are held in strict confidence. Visitation
Our visitation team is available to pray for you before or after surgery, illness or hospitalization. We also visit people at home, in nursing facilities and in jail. If you or someone you know needs this care, please call 970.203.9201 or email office@crossroadscolorado.com.
Project 12
We have a team of volunteers who provide help in the form of monthly car clinics and monthly home/yard assistance. If you need this sort of practical help, visit the Project 12 page to learn more and apply.
Meals
The meals team prepares and delivers home cooked meals for new moms and those dealing with illness, loss or other life difficulties. To request a meals or join this team, contact Vicky at vbryant@crossroadscolorado.com or 970.203.9201 x8111.
Funerals and Memorial Services

Weddings
Marriages performed by the Crossroads Pastoral Care Team require advance planning plus participation in either our Pre-Marriage Prep Class or qualified pre-marriage counseling. To begin planning, call 970.203.9201 or email weddings@crossroadscolorado.com.
Support Outside Our Walls
Local agencies provide additional support, such as financial assistance, disaster recovery, legal assistance and more. We believe Jesus is the center of healing and recovery, but sometimes, professional help is needed as well. Find local resources here.
