SPECIAL FRIENDS ADVENTURE CAMP
Join us July 19-22, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Monday – Thursday) and Saturday Evening July 24 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. for this year’s Special Friends Adventure Camp! Individuals with special needs (ages 3 & up) are invited to participate in this

RESPITE
We understand the added stress on a family who has a special needs child and desire to decrease that stress by offering a time where parents can bring their children for an evening and receive a well deserved break.
Mark your calendar for upcoming 2010 Respite Nights: July 24, August 28, September 18, October 16, November 13, December 4.
We also have a new Special Friends Youth Group for middle school, high school & young adults. It is on Saturday’s from 6:15 to 8:15 pm in the Youth Building’s Club 45 Room. The upcoming dates are: July 17, August 14, September 11, October 9, November 6, December 4th
We consider it a privilege and a call from God to reach out to those who have disabilities because this ministry is from the heart of God. We are committed to serving and empowering our Special Friends to become vital members of the body of Christ. SIDE-BY-SIDE Our Special Friends ministry partners volunteers side-by-side with your special needs child. As a team they go in the child’s appropriate classroom, so that he/she can fully participate in their program.
PHENOMENAL WOMEN
“Phenomenal Women” is a weekly Bible Study for Moms, Grandmothers and caregivers where they are fed spiritually in a group of their peers. Phenomenal Women is offered during the school year on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and Wednesday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00 am in Rm 144. Child-care is available on Wednesday mornings by reservation. Reservations can be made by email or phoning Melanee at the below information.
