I was deeply saddened to hear of Dave’s death. I was a fellow resident in training with Dave and attended the Four Square church with him in Greeley. Dave was a wonderful man and his family and patients are the true testament to his commitment to Christ. He always put his patients first and earned many of his fellow physician’s admirations.

I was able to attend the service on the 3rd and it was wonderful. I work at NCMC where many others would have liked to have attended but were unable to. I would love to purchase a copy of the service to share with others here at work. I believe it would help many that are struggling to deal with David’s death. We also would like to add our name to what seems to be an ever growing list of folks who would like a copy of the service if possible. We have recently moved from Colorado and were so disappointed not to be able to attend the service. What a wonderful blessing it was to know Dr. Ward and have him in our life for the past 5 years.

I am also interested in getting a copy of today’s service. It was absolutely wonderful! I know someone that is struggling with David’s death that didn’t know about the service and I would like to get a copy to them. Can you email me and let me know how to go about doing that?

I am sorry I missed the memorial service. I would like to have known more about David and his personal life. I knew him professionally when he was a resident in Family Practice and as a peer with the Family Practice Dept. at NCMC. I respected him greatly for his professional skills and his dedication to his patients. He was a remarkable man of many talents. I am glad to hear of his faith committment and how he touched so many lives in his Christian walk. I wish God’s blessings upon his family in their grief.

To David’s family. I always enjoyed listening to David sing with the Crossroads musicians. You could hear his compassion in the songs that he sang. So very sorry for your loss.

We will be recording the service on Video (DVD) and CD… We haven’t figured out all the details, but you should be able to get a copy.
