FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

If my camper attended Adventure Camp previously, do I need to submit new paperwork? Yes, all families will need to submit updated forms through ProCare. Forms will be sent via email upon initial registration.

Are there age exceptions for any campers? If your camper is 4 years old and is turning 5 on or before October 15, 2025, your child is welcome to participate in camp! All campers must be fully potty trained.

Can I bring medication to camp? Yes. Our directors are delegated to administer medications. If your child requires medications, please complete the Permission for Medication Administration at School and Child Care form and have your child’s doctor sign off. All medications (over-the-counter and prescription) require the Medication Administration form for camp directors to administer. We cannot receive or administer medications without this form correctly filled out and authorized by our Child Care Health Consultant prior to the first day of camp.

Do you accept CCCAP or other funding? Yes! We accept CCCAP and Larimer Child Care Connect payments.

What do we need to bring to camp? A water bottle, backpack with a change of clothes, swimsuit, towel, lunch with a cold pack, and two snacks. Every camper will receive a water bottle and drawstring back page as part of their registration fee. Each week, we will send an email with a list of what to bring, which could include special items.
