Current Teaching Series
At the heart of our weekly experience is the intersection of scripture with everyday, normal life. While we do not look to Scripture for rules or live under a compulsion to "follow the bible," we continue to discover a great deal of wisdom in the stories and experiences of our spiritual ancestors. One of the great mysteries of the Christian tradition is our ability to continually find our own stories wrapped up within the stories of the bible.

Of Messes and Mangers explores how the Christmas story speaks to the messiness of real life, bringing hope, peace, joy, love, and healing into our brokenness. Rather than glossing over life’s imperfections, this Advent season invites us to embrace them, discovering a God who meets us in the mess, honoring our pain and vulnerability and offering us a manger of new beginnings and grace​.
