8 hours day-of access to the venue spaces for set up, getting ready in Wedding Party Suites 1 & 2, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and clean up  

 

Prior day access (3 hours) for table set up, decorating, rehearsal, etc to reduce the amount of work on the day of your wedding

 

On-site Venue Coordinator to answer questions, support day-of, and coordinate with you or your wedding planner prior to the event

Tech/Lighting/Sound Support: Includes use of sound system, microphones, large monitors (in auditorium), small monitors (in atrium), and stage lighting with a dedicated support person

 

Kitchen access: includes ice machine, large refrigerator, freezer, prep space, sink, serving utensils 

 

Climate controlled indoor spaces including large bathrooms for all genders

 

Wedding Party Suites 1 & 2

 

Use of up to 40 round tables, 23 rectangular tables, 12 cocktail tables, and 650 chairs

 

Use of our optional décor (lanterns, vases, candles, etc) as seen in our Wedding Binder

 

Open vendor policy and freedom to supply your own food and alcohol

 

Venue set-up and tear-down team for venue-provided tables and chairs; please see the optional floor plans available in the Wedding Binder
